Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. You'll get a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping fee applies on orders below ₹999 (shown at checkout)
• Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order is dispatched. Use it to track your package on the courier partner's website.

Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, or events outside our control. We'll keep you updated if your order is delayed.

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at m.munchboxx@gmail.com with photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll sort it out.
